Lousy Customer Service

Paid for an order and 7 days later it still had not shipped. Tried sending them 2 messages about when my order would ship with no response to either of them. Site says within 1-2 days after payment. I just decided to contact my bank. Be careful be ordering from here

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This company, from the customer service reps, all the way to the the "managing" member are absolutely horrible. I have never been mistreated and spoken to the way they did. All because I was trying to get updates on an order that was placed 21 days prior. siness day shipping. I have ordered from them three times. Each time, the shipping was well outside of that window. When I was able to find a number to Ian Evilsizor due to not being able to get answers through the email address provided, he was condescending, rude, and downright despicable. He ended up canceling my order without my asking him to do so, then I received multiple emails from "customer service" also being rude and condescending. . . . and after midnight at that, when I was told they don't respond to emails after 4 pm. One of the items I ordered was for a birthday party. Again, ordered 21 days ahead of time which is ample time for an order to come from Texas to South Carolina. Instead of making the mistake right, and paying a few extra dollars to have it shipped faster, I was mistreated and now scrambling to find something to work for FOUR kids who are supposed to be in matching outfits. I don't typically leave reviews unless they are for praise but this needed to be said. I was also told if I left bad reviews, they would destroy me in their response. Beware of this company.
