B2B Policy

Hill Country Kids Clothing reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Fulfillment can take up to 5 days depending upon stock levels, and order volume. All B2B clients are asked to plan accordingly. If all products in your order are in stock and ready, you should receive your order within 10 days.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

The shipping charges quoted in your order are based on the total weight of the products, packing material, and method of shipping. Hill Country Kids Clothing will choose the most cost-effective shipping for our B2B customers. All orders will have Delivery Confirmation added. All orders will require mandatory insurance based on the value of the order. All orders will require a signature upon delivery. If you would like us to use your shipping account, please include all necessary acct info. Insurance is required on all international orders (when available). Hill Country Kids Clothing reserves the right to refuse any order felt to be fraudulent.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & SHORTAGES

Orders may be canceled by email. For cancellations, email customer service at customerservice@hillcountrykidsclothing.com. Canceled orders will be subject to a 40% restocking fee. Canceled orders will be refunded with store credit ONLY. B2B orders are all sales final. Hill Country Kids Clothing will not authorize a return for any reason once tracking information has been assigned to an order. Shortages and damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Due to our size and efficient fulfillment, we move pretty quickly, so we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled or altered after it has been placed. You may contact us as soon as possible to see if your order has already started to be processed. In the event that it has not, we will be more than happy to make changes to it within 24 hours. Changes may result in longer ship times.

LOST, INCORRECT or DAMAGED GOODS

If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us via email within 48 hours after its arrival. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced ONLY after the damaged merchandise has been returned to Hill Country Kids Clothing within 7 days of receipt for inspection. Hill Country Kids Clothing is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by USPS or UPS All claims for lost or damaged packages must be done through the USPS or UPS
